Maybe its just me but,
I swear my car feels unusually sluggish, i only have a steeda cai and the livewire's canned tune on it but it doesn't feel nearly as good as when i got it. i cleaned the filter and the maf, car always gets quality gas in it. what to do? change the plugs? fuel filter, oil to 5w30?
OR could the ABS light i still have not gotten checked out put the car in some sort of safe mode?

its summer, your temps and humidity have gone up a lot. Your car is more than likely ok.

Id start with yanking that metal cold air kit off the car, and putting the stock tune back in it. Both mods are useless, and might be costing you power on your car. A change in motor oil is not going to make your car feel non sluggish.

Ahh, didnt look at the sig. he has a 4v, proboly better in the 4v section, as this is 2v section........

Blower motors are generally affected much more by a higher DA than NA cars. More than likely, you're feeling the affects of that.

Nothing's wrong. You're just getting used to the power. Mine feels the same way.

If its a canned tune, id switch back to the stock tune and see if it makes a difference.

the same thing happens to me from time to time. drive your car like a grandma for about a week, and i mean dont take it over 2k if possible. after about a week lay into it one good time and you'll feel the power again. just like 02 laser said you're probably used to feeling the power.

Yeah I just took the Stang out for the first time in probaly 5-6 days, made a WOT 3rd gear pass by some wankster in an Explorer rollin on dubz, yo... best thing, his window was down and I was right next to a barriar... im sure he herd me over his DMX, lol.

So this doesnt sound like a ricer flyby, I was doing the pass anyway, he just pulled into the other lane and happened to have his window down.

I had the same feeling slow problem with my Nova drag car. When I first got it running it felt great but after half way through the season its like driving down the freeway. It was running 10.50s.
