...about to put the dart in the 95 and went to install pilot bearing and there is a gap of abouth 1/16 of an inch from the ridge to the crank and wont seat any more...

then my fidanza flywheel(aluminum) wont fit on the snout, problems after problem. Heating the flyweel in the oven at 300 deg's for ten mins.

the flywheel is on, looks like its been seated to the crank. Hoping it didnt warp... any input? i dont think it did.

still stuck on pilot bearing issue, why wont it seat?
thinking about yanking the sucker out and buying a new one and trying it again.

p.s. my Dart 347 is in :D probably could have waited until the new clutch pivot stud comes in on friday so i could put on the bellhousing on, but im not afraid to lay on the cold concrete and there is so much i can do now

That is normal, sometimes they stick out even further... I would have just sanded the inside hub of the flywheel if needed, they usually are pretty tight...crank to crank varies..
