Has anyone used an ebay turbo kit similar to this?

edit: sorry no active ebay links.

Obviously you cant neglect exhaust and fuel system. I'm looking for reviews and pro's/con's.

If you search, you'll find lots of discussion. The general concensus is "complete crap".

I believe we had a discussion on this a few months back in 5.0 Talk, I'm sure you can find it if you search hard enough. We all agreed it was complete crap. Kits that cheap lack quality and lack parts to make a complete kit. But for that price, you pay for what you get.

No active ebay links please.
And as for the turbo kit I have seen a few threads posted about it. as stated above, if you search you should find what you need.

"You get what you pay for" A turbo that is cheap IS CHEAP! Its junk, you pay for quality. Buy a quality part.

A friend of mine bought one of those cheapo Ebay twin turbo kits for his 92 GT, and after opening the box up he reboxed it and sold it.

The manifolds were nothing more than cheap headers with the flange cut off and a turbo mounting flange welded on, so the turbos wouldn't fit on either side of the engine with that kind of placement. The master cylinder was in the way on one side, and the other would have had the turbo hit the oil fill tube. The tubing was thin, and the turbos were some no-name rebuild.

Overall a really crappy setup that would have broken had he found a way to install it anyway.
