Hey guys i wanna go back to power steering and ditch my flaming river manual rack. The Problem is i have a turbo kit on the drivers and i cant put the power there, would i be able to put it on the passenger side instead? I was thinking the power could be installed where the smog pump used to be right? Heres a pic as you can see the downpipe takes up the whole drivers side of the block.

Interesting. I have never seen It installed on the pas. side. Could be possible. Make a new install plate, maybe longer pump to rack tubing etc.
I have been missing my power steering when i use 225/55-16 frontwheels.
Its to heavy for autoslalom, and parking etc.
I think Maximum motorsport have a progressive power steering kit. Including everything, and a minipump and external resrvouar. Steering is important.

Anything can be done if you can make the bracket to support the pump, and if the lines will reach to the other side of the rack.
