.....and the car seems much more powerful. It will actually chirp 2nd gear hard now, where as before might get a sqeak out of it on a good day. I had to chisel out my stock rubber tube for the 70mm t body but that was no big deal. Anyone want a mac cai?? :spam:

So did you replace it with the stock airbox...?

I have a mac cai as well...
Yeah, I never could get the mac to fit right. I even cut the tb-maf tube 3 different times and still couldnt get it to fit right. My maf would still end up being offset with the pipe, which i imagine was hell on the air flow

wanna give me the fender block off plate? J/K (I am making one for the MAC CAI on the 94).
was your air filter really dirty? those things can get NASTY but look decent.

oh yeah it was real nasty, but so was the panel filter I put back in. I didn't bother to clean it cause, well, I didnt really feel like it. Who knows if it really does make more power or how much. I know the SOTP feelin it kinda worthless, but when your still rockin the 2:73's a few hp can make a diff. Im gonna leave the stock setup on there, it's definatly not hurting anything and I think the maf will get a much better reading
