i bet its the o2s
the EEC wont look at o2 readings while warming up, it only looks at the TPS, ECT, IAT to get the engine warmed up, once those sensors give the thumbs up the car goes into closed loop and only looks at the MAF and o2s to maintain 14.7:1 AFR. if yours warms up fine but dies once the idle tries to settle down i would bet its the o2, plus its the only logical thing down there to cause your symptoms.
make sure you plugged them back in before you buy some lol
good luck
:EDIT: seen you posted right before me, just make sure they are plugged in and working, you could also try and reset the EEC by unplugging the battery for like 20 mins and try again.
to see if its and o2 problem, get the car to temp where it wants to die, have a friend jump in the car and keep the car running, while you climb under and CAREFULLY unplug the o2s and note any changes.
but your symptom of the car warming up fine and dying is surely an o2 problem for the reasons i posted above.
