I passed smog!! CA sux ballz

Well I didn't think my car was going to pass smog because I have a catted X pipe and apprently that is illegal in CA. Anyway, I passed smog the first try, and I just wanted to share my joy lol. I wonder what they'll do when they see my custom intercooler and strim :SNSign:

yes.

im suprised with a catted X it passed sniffer. my 03 cobra failed miserably with a Bassani Catted X and catback, threw on the stock H from my GT and passed with flying colors.

That being said, I ordered an SLP X-pipe last week. Only to have the order screwed up by the company I bought it from. Now I have a useless pipe sitting in my garage.

he got a refund and they let him keep it. I always change out my mid pipe to the stock 6-cat design so that i pass at all. I work w/ the guy who's wife owns the shop so they turn a blind eye to all the mods in my sig, but w/out my stock mid i wouldnt even pass on paper

It's just annoying because now I have to go and order a new pipe. All I've essentially done is lost a week that I could've been enjoying my sweet exhaust. It's not even like I can sell this thing. I dunno, maybe to someone who has longtubes, but they'd still have to buy extra parts.
