I'm sooo pissed at Saleen right now!

Hey fellas,
Well I ordered a new front chrome rim from Saleen over a month ago and it still hasn't come in. I've called several times and they seem to just keep saying the same thing... "It should be there in a week" Well it's not here and it won't be here for supposedly a couple weeks. I'm kind of in a rut because I have 3 saleen wheels and one cracked one so i can't just cancel my order and tell them to screw themselves. I've even talked to the manager and he won't give me a discount or any compensation to keep me a happy Saleen customer. I knew I should have spent the extra bills and bought the Steeda ultra lites.

Well i just had to vent and see what you all had to say.

p.s. Does anyone know the number to someone a lot higher up than Bob "the sales manager"

p.p.s. I guess I'm not going to buy a Saleen ever.

Yeah , Saleen was bought out by Ronnie Diaz.

Sorry to hear about your problem. Saleen customer service is terrible and I have never heard anything good about it. Hopefully you get your rim soon

try getting warranty service done on a saleen..just had the pleasure of that..it only took 3 weeks for the repair to be done and it wasnt even done
right..oh and the only problem was the background light on the dash cluster was out..SALEEN sucks.i'm getting rid of mine asap

Ya 02tnsaleen that really blows. I guess I'm going to have to take my money elsewhere possibly Roush or Steeda.

Any of you guys have any suggestions on rims to get. I want an 18 in. wheel and preferrably pretty wide too. I would like either black, white, or chrome. I'm soooo pissed. :damnit:

god damnit saleen sucks

i ordered 2 saleen license plate frams along with some other badging, First time they said they didnt even get my order. The second time they said id have to REPAY. The third time they finally sent it out and i receieve 1 of the 2 license plate froms CRACKED!

saleen customer service SUCKS!

Tire Size

So I was looking at this set of rims that are 18x9s and I was wondering what the bolt pattern had to be.... ???? (5 on ???) or what is the bolt pattern? And then I was looking for some rubber to rap around them and I was wondering what size would fit??? Should i go smaller in the front and bigger in the back? (like I have now even though i would have 18x9s all the way around) would I get 255/35/18s or 255/40/18's for the front if this is the case. And 275/35/18s or 275/40/18s (back)????

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Another vote for Saleen sucks My body kit is eternally falling off. Been back to the crappy dealership body shop I don't know how many times. I'll be glad to get their crap blower off and get my KB slapped on in it's place next week too

get a set of saleen replicas in black white or chrome http://www.eaglewheels.com
i bought from them off ebay paid $650 for 4 2x's 18x9 and 2x's 18x10 staggered love them cam fast and were perfect wrapped them in goodyear rubber from Tirerack.com and called it a day

Yea Saleen sux! I ordered my kit through Speedworx but Saleen shipped out my order. I was missing ***** and some things were on backorder. I had to wait for a month in order to get a hardware I needed.
I never got the screens for the sidescoops.
But guess what! I received an extra speedster cover!! I was like wtf?? Oh well that's what they get. I aint giving it back! sshhhh.

Add my vote to the saleen sucks side

I have emailed and tried calling there sales department with no replys and nothing but answering machines to deal with....

I can't believe that a company as prestigous(sp?) as saleen would have such poor customer service....not only that but I am I the only one that thinks there website is worse than something a 5yr old could do......I mean jesus can't they drop just a little coin and make a GOOD looking and operating website?

Add another to the folks at Saleen.

My Dad got me a S281 wing for Christmas and ordered it at the beginning of December, and let's say it wasn't sitting under the tree for me. When my Dad placed the order they said it would arrive in two weeks. When he never got a tracking number he called and they told him the order did not exist. He called and they finally told him that it would ship today (already about a week later) and they would ship it 3-day Fedex or whatever. When he didn't get another tracking number he called back and was told that it still did not ship. WTF Saleen?

I really feel bad for asking for that for Christmas, making my Dad deal with those assclowns. Argh, I'm definitely going thru speedworx or chicane for the rest of it.

i had the same problem when i ordered my saleen wheels, took them 7 weeks for me to get them, called them 2-3 times a week to bug them about and everytime i got the same answer we just recieved the wheels and will begin shipping them out today

I'm sooo pissed at Saleen right now!
