i know that somebody have posted this before.. but why is saleen hasn't done anything to fix their customer service problem? Do they have enough people? Do they just don't care? What's the issue here?
Customer called and tell them about their problem, you listen, you respond, then you fix the problem.... what's so hard about that?

Honestly, they sound like they're too good to deal with me whenever I call. I really think that they have nice products, it's just the HORRIBLE FREAKING CUST. SERVICE! I should get a freaking t-shirt that says "Saleen employee < God"
Doesn't everyone think their parts sales would increase if they weren't such jackasses? I bet you're heading in the right direction though... maybe they don't NEED the part sales anymore because of the vehicle sales alone?
What would they do if all of us (unsatisfied) showed up at their main showroom demanding better service?
ya well it's not just the parts people that are dissatisfied... as you have read a lot of people are pissed about warranty and other crap. I wish they would get off their high horse and treat the people that pay their bills with respect.
