Do you think for an 03 azure blue mach with 15k miles 18k is a deal or wait and keep looking if he wont go down? plus i have to ship it which is another 600. It's stock everything except o/r x pipe, flowmaster catback, and Also a jlt cai.

decent price yes but not exceptional. Mine was stock when I bought it used with 24,000 miles or so, and I paid $17.5, and that was just over 2 years ago.

That's a good price. Buy it. The only way you'll find one cheaper is it will have more miles on it.

Yeah see that's one of the main things i like about the car is that it has low miles. There's another one i've seen with 28k miles on it and is stock going for 16k, but it's red and i don't want red. It seems the blue and black ones are priced higher everywhere i look which sucks. I guess i have to look at this way.... If i dont buy that blue one over 500 bucks am i gonna find another one with that low of miles that's been garaged, adult owned, almost stock, and soon because i sold my car and need a new one.

So i'm still thinking about that one, but today i found one today that's got 20000 miles and is 16.5k and is closer so i think i'm gonna try and get that one and if stuff falls through then i'll look at the one for 18k again, but i hope it all works out with the other one it's ab to and is pretty sweet.

so what i found is an 03 with 22k miles 4.10 gears, magnaflow exhaust, udp, bullits with 10.5 315 on back, tinted windows, and that's bout it. Oh he also painted the stripes silver. The warranty just expired but i'm extending it till 2009 in aug. So i'm getting the warranty and car for 16.8k i'd say from what i've been seeing it's a great deal.

GET THOSE UNDERDRIVE PULLEYS OFF!! I would'nt risk destroying your engine with those things on there. Their bad news for the Mach engine.

Something to do with the oil circulation pump. Mach1Registry has about a million threads on it. Some guy just posted the other day they caused $1400 damage to his engine.

so say that i decide to drive it back which is 1200 miles. Could i fly up there stop by an autozone/discount autoparts and take the udp out??? I've never put them in or out. Would it be possible with just some basic tools? On the other hand i wonder if i call him before i go up there to see if he can take them off. When i go up there to test drive it and stuff should i be able to tell if the udp have affected the car at all?

I'm not saying their's a 100% chance they will fail in the Mach you bought, but their is always the risk. Their are more than afew Mach's that have had them and they destroyed the engine. Some people have still bought them and had no problems. But when they fail, from what I've read, it just happens all at once. I had actually bought a set for my Mach about 3 years ago, but sent them back because they tried to jack me $30 extra dollars for a late price increase. That was before I knew about the problem they were for Mach engines. If it was me, I'd get them out of there one way or another. Hot Rod magazine did a dyno test on them and they actually lost horsepower with them, so all around their not worth it.
