just water and flush

hello, i posted a thread a few weeks ago about running my 96 gt without antifrezze. Some people said it would overheat (i thought otherwise) and some said it would rust. I am not going to run it like this for more than a few days so i doubt rust will be a problem. there is propbably some of the additives still laying around in there so i dont think it will rust for a while.

So far so good. The car is running cooler and the dirt is really kicking up. The water is really brown now and I may flush it and run again like this for a few more days.

Anyone else try this? Where can i get water wetter? I dont feel like ordering it. Strauss didnt have it.

ive done it before, and the same exact thing happened, i flushed in fresh water a 2nd time and then put in coolant. just find a redline dealer near you and get water wetter from them. i think i found it at either pop-boys or kragen/shucks/checkers.

so far i am really stirring up a ton of dirt. i am going to flush again today and drive for a few more days to really clean it out. Looks like it works. I doubt rust will be an issue.
