You should be able to push 8-9psi relatively safely I would say. I am in the same boat, I only ran 6psi on the stock bottom end just to be safe and still made great power. Now with the built bottom end I may push it up more. So if your looking for a little more, just push up the boost to 8-9psi and if you tune is right your bottom end should hold up.

Nice choice on the blower...they are a ton of fun on the street!!

Now you just reminded me I still have my 2200 sitting in my shed. One of these days I should probably sell it...it makes for an expensive paper weight!! lol

I have been for sometime. Replaces the intake.... doesn't cram the front of the engine compartment as much, makes lots of torque... which as we all know, most stop light fun isn't but 1/8 mile or less.

Now to go find that money tree in my backyard. Oh crap, just remembered... I don't have a backyard!

Oh crap, sorry to hear that. What happened? Bladder control problems due the excitement of torque the blower puts out or what? j/k

ummmmm ... how about lots of money ....

back on topic sort of, how do you like those bbk ceramic unequal length shorties? i'm really leaning towards getting them and getting rid of these equal length ones i have in there right now. is the fit ok, and did they come with a tube for the egr?

and where'd you get the radiator hose? the kb i got had a different water neck and they had me route the hose under the belt. i had to make a custom hose and it looked crappy. then i had to tie it back so it wouldn't rub on the belt because there still wasn't enough clearance.

your solution is better beccause you don't have to take the radiator hose off to change the belt.

also, did you relocate your act sensor to the lower intake?

did you have to mess with your fuel rail to keep the fpr from hitting the back of the blower?

last question for now: no boost gauge?

i like the bbk's, they look and fit good. there is an egr tube that you have to be incredibly careful not to strip. make sure to spend an extra 10-15 bucks and get better header gaskets though, i wouldn't use the paper ones that come with them. i got the headers and gaskets from brother's. locking header bolts are not a bad idea either but like 40-50 more bucks.

kb now supplies the radiator hose, it's a decent piece. it's made by a company called gates, part # 21159. i saved the sticker that you see on the hose in the pic. you can also get flex radiator piping from places like summit and jegs and make you own. looks pretty cool, i'm considering doing it myself.

act sensor was relocated behind the maf, not intake. fuel rail was fine but i had to keep the stock fpr because aftermarkets would not fit.

i do have a boost gauge. it's an autometer phantom, matches the stock white face gauges nice.

any other questions let me know
