Alright, maybe I am at the point where I need to turn it on. I don’t really want to turn it on without the steering shaft connected though. Back to waiting.The last time I changed my pump and rack, I installed the parts, filled the reservoir with fluid, and cranked it up. While it was idling, I topped the reservoir off as I went and rotated the wheels limit to limit. Done.
No hand cranking, no rain dance to the gods, no voodoo.
