What's up everybody? I'm on a mission that almost seems futile at this point. I have a BEAUTIFUL 87 GT 5.0 and the body is in immaculate condition aside from one point. The idiot who owned the car previously decided to take it for a spin without inserting the hood pins to hold the hood down. As you can imagine......the damage isn't pretty.
The hood apparently popped up and bent the cowl all to ****. If I could simply find a new cowl (any color would do b/c I could always repaint it) I would be in business. However, it seems like no junkyard carries any worthwhile 5.0s and the only cowl on ebay is for the SVO.
Does anybody know where I can find a cowl for my '87 GT?
