I see that a lot of you guys (and gals!) have already done a lot of mods (and I've seen some major ones!) on your brand new Stangs...

I'd like to know what is your take on the fact that this could (actually will) affect the manufacturer's warranty coverage of your car? Is there something I'm missing here? I'm leasing my ride, so any mod would not make sense to me, but if I would own the car I'd wait at least until the 3 year warranty is over before doing anything or at least wait for a short "shake-down" period in order to make sure that all the new model kinks are out in the open and addressed by Ford...

Do aftermarket power train part suppliers take over the responsability of the manufacturer's warranty?

Just asking...
