Is it your only car? Your daily driver? If not, then mothball the sucker instead of selling it. By your own admission, you'll likely want another 5.0 in the relatively near future. Might as well keep what you've got and build upon that, rather than getting a different 'Stang and having to start all over from square one again ... unless that's the part you enjoy most...?
I'm pissed at my Fox, but I don't want to swear off 5.0's ... just 'verts.
I think we all know what you mean, everyone has felt like this a time or two (or a million) before. Don't sell it because it is already suited to your taste and not to mention you'll have to start all over, possibly on somone elses abandoned project 'stang.
dont sell it. trust me, im tired of hearing people say they regret selling it, and your car does 11's according to ur sig. so why sell it and go back up to 14's again?? fix all the problems on that one, cuz the next one will suck your $$ too. and then keep modifying it.
It is just a car in the end, if you can fetch good money for it, and use it to help better the rest of your life... might be the best thing to do. If you can get by without selling it, you might regret dumping it off.
I feel the same way. I have 3 Mustangs and my truck as a DD. The 3 Mustangs sit in the garage ALL week long..and one gets driven over the weekend if it's nice outside. The other 2 sit in the garage. WHY? Well, the 81 must come out to get the 91 out...so screw taking the 91 out....too much work. And the Cobra isn't insured because of much much it is to insure 3 stangs, my truck and my Grand Prix.....rrrrrrrrr
