Yeah, Viper pretty much summed up my opinion too... I took off my stock 19's for staggered 18's... weight prob isnt less, lol, because I went with chrome, but the ride is great, and with good tires, the handling can be just as good, in my case with the tires I replaced my stock 245-45-19's with, even better... only downfall is the wheelwell gap, which I do not care about, it's well worth it

From what ive gathered so far, i should avoid 19's. What are the opinions on razors? And what suspension upgrades should i look at from stock. Safety is a big concern for me, i dont even like driving on wet roads.

Razors are nice but they're kinda plain in my opinion. The 20s I've seen clear big brake packages which is definitely a plus, I don't think you can with the 18s due to the offset. I'm not exactly sure about weight but they do seem a little on the hefty side. Another plus is that this particular style of wheel is really easy to come by. I like their anthracite look but after seeing one of the shelby demo cars in vista blue with white I think that's a pretty slick combo. Dark cars with white rims always looked cool to me.

A good set of tires regardless of the wheel will always do wonders in terms of wet weather safety. Go to tirerack.com and read the tire reviews. Most manufacturers and models are rated on a lot of different inputs including wet weather traction.

If you do want to upgrade your suspension the only limiting factor Is your budget. Most suspension kits are designed with a margin of safety which a lot of piece together systems don't have if you're not experienced in picking out the parts. Also your car's use will determine what you should and shouldn't be buying for your car.

I can tell you though that a good start would with rear control arms. They are cheap and relatively easy to install (for the lower) and will tighten up some of the car's behavior.
