When was the last time you got your car tuned? I had a 95' GT with a Pacesetter O/R H and I passed the FL emissions test with flying colors. The only thing I was worried about was the vissual inspection... so I duct taped some cat shields around the pipes then painted them to match.

interesting you mention this about the tuning..

i had the midpipe and cat back installed before i ever got the predator tune. during this time period brfore the predator tune the car cel light was on constantly. after the tune was uploaded ive never thrown a cel code again i have stock mils and the o2 sensors are on (all 4) on the ecu. that and run 94 octane (just more food for thought)

I don't have the option for the stock pipe. Mine was destroyed, which is the reason I got the UPR. No one I know has a 94-98 midpipe laying around either, so scratch that.

I just need a lenient place that won't look under the car, I can take care of the CEL.

I passed smog with no cats and no egr. Seriously i didnt have mils chip anything
