interesting you mention this about the tuning..

i had the midpipe and cat back installed before i ever got the predator tune. during this time period brfore the predator tune the car cel light was on constantly. after the tune was uploaded ive never thrown a cel code again i have stock mils and the o2 sensors are on (all 4) on the ecu. that and run 94 octane (just more food for thought)

throw a stock pipe on there...go pass emissions and then put the upr back on!

I don't have the option for the stock pipe. Mine was destroyed, which is the reason I got the UPR. No one I know has a 94-98 midpipe laying around either, so scratch that.

You love in Oklahoma, and I'm guessing the 94-95 won't work either since they are different engines..

I just need a lenient place that won't look under the car, I can take care of the CEL.

Either find a place lenient or stupid. If you can find a place that isn't so bright, tell them you've got one of those new systems where the cats are housed within the muffler.

I passed smog with no cats and no egr. Seriously i didnt have mils chip anything
