take the arm off and move the arm down 1 spline

Lift up the arm of the wiper and slide out the tab down near the base. After it's slid out, release the arm and it will hang up because the tab is out and you should be able to pull it off. Then move it to where it needs to be.

We were serious about the headers though bro.. You neeed Gt40-p specific headers. When you buy em make sure you get a decent set because some suck and have to be milled so they sit flush on the gasket and dont leak..
