It seems like christmas time again. Just got a whole slew of parts in. Car is a 99 GT
new parts include:
BBK Equal Length Shorty Headers
BBK Off road X Pipe
Spintech Prostreet mufflers
FRPP 3.55 Gears
Steeda Triax shifter
Diablo Sport tuner
Fidanza Billet Aluminum Flywheel
Centerforce Dual friction clutch

How do u guys think this car is gonna run?

future mods are Cold Air intake, underdrives, and get it professionaly tuned.

OOOoooOO Spintechs kick ass, i have those on my 98 GT with shorty headers and an o/r x-pipe, and dam, that set up jus turns heads all over.

and your gonna feel a huge difference with these parts man, have fun with them.

ya i think im mostly excited about the exhaust. I just hope she runs good. I gotta have that bite to back up the bark it's gonna be makin. haha

oh believe me man, with those mods, plus a few more like plenum, throttle body and c.a.i.

you should dyno around 260hp and 300 tq.
and....thats a lot lol. and with the clutch and flywheel, oh, your gonna lay some nice rubber on that floor.

it will run slightly better than a stock GT.

The only REAL benefit you will feel is going to be the o/r x. The shifter will help too. Mufflers dont do squat, shorty headers will give you maybe a few hp, and for those mods the stock clutch grabs plenty good enough. Also 3.55 gears is simply not enough, and hardly worth the swap.

A set of 4.10's and o/r midpipe would probably serve you better, and you would have saved alot of money.

All of the mods went on today. You guys are crazy if you think it would barely run better than a stock GT. Where i live we race 1000ft. In stock form the car went 11.41 at 89mph. After all mods went on and messing with the programmer a little it went 10.89 at 94mph. As for gears, the 3.55's were gave to me at the time and im still doing a little bit of interstat driving. But here very soon 4.10's, 75mm accufab tb and plenum, c.a.i. and underdrives are going on it.
