Today is exactly 6 weeks since we started, but today is the sixth day of lots of work...the third with all three of us working ((Those 2 working and me feeding them and handing them tools(

Here are the BOYZ IN THE HOOD (Me and Mario-future owner of the green mustang)..That is Jose (str8Stang) doing all the work...compressing the spring...we wanted to get the k-member on to role the car outside to install the engine, and we needed all of our weight to compress the spring.

Next is the "SCARY" part...look how high they lifted that thing.... Jose is the one with the Jose Shirt

Youbel (yobi1kanobi) decided to come by to watch, I I I mean "help" while I take the picture ..J/K
Is that Your Mustang Youbel in the back, the one you've spent three years on

After Engine in:

And A couple of the blingy thingies set in place to give you an idea.

SInce the main stuff that is left is wires, harnesses, suspension, gauges, driveshaft, interior, etc, I will probably give updates but no more photos of the engine until we are finished.
Enjoy

Looks great. I love threads like this, it gives me something to look forward to as I don't have any cash right now to really do anything exciting.

I wouldnt say "GOT" it done quite yet....there is still a lot more to go, although most of what's left is the tidious. stuff- But YES, we did get the hard and heavy work done fast, thanks to Jose!!

We will hide some of the wires and put the battery in the trunk. The rest I hope to loom with either black or silver...I want to limit the red to the plugs and rotor caps.

Now is just spending the next few weeks on gauges, wiring, lines, etc.

Thanks
RC

that black trim / cover piece that covers the wiper motor... are you gonna paint that red or do you have more bling to cover it?

Neither! Gonna paint it with some Black Krylon Fusion. (unless you know how I can "bling" it)

do some searching on vacuum metalizing...

this isn't a good picture, but look at the cover in this picture to give you an idea. I'll post up where I got this done when I can get home and get his business card out.
