New rims and tires

I'm plan on getting a set of 2003 Replica Cobra rims. 17x9 up front with a 275/40 tire and 17x10.5 with a 315/35 tire in the rear. Just wondering is I'm gonna have any problem with rubbing in the back with such a big tire or if it will be okay. The tires are Yokohama AVS sport tire if that makes a difference.

I don't believe anyone has had problems with 315's and a solid rear axle. Unless you have or will have a extremely low drop, shouldn't have a problem. I'm getting my wheels here soon myself in the same size.

You'll be fine. 315's are very common on 17's on these cars and i don't think you'd rub even if you were pretty low.

i have the AVS Sport on my 01' pretty good tires in dry weather 265 front and 295 back
