Resolved Nick's '94 Cobra

My choice to go turbo was for a few reasons, not just to be fast. Daily driving a TRX made 450 to the tire seem like an everyday Sunday drive. Also at the ride height I want to be at, my longtube headers are like 2" off the ground. Lastly, I want whistle and blow off noises, and the On3 turbo kit was half the price of the Procharger intercooled kit with their lowest trim blower. I am at 11:1 compression, so an intercooler is a must.

I went with a 67/66 for quick spooling, and on 7ish lbs will hopefully be around 650 at the tire. I think thats all the TKX is going to like, and I want my set up to last. Ive seen too many guys on here end up on permanent jack stands from turbos, and I dont want to be one of them.
but if you daily drive that then 650 might be the same way lol

That and an intercooler is just a good idea anyway. Any way you can reduce inlet air temps makes tuning safer.

As long as you are not running around on tires that will dead hook and you are not trying to speed shift the TKX will be fine past its rated hp level.

Looking forward to the install progress as ai am sure you are.
