WOW - that has to be pretty good cooling system.

All I did was change to a new factory radiator, added some pink freeze stuff to it, add a new 180 deg thermostat, and a Taurus fan

+1 for the cardboard idea. The truckers put those mesh/canvas covers over theirs in the winter I've noticed so it should work pretty good.
