pedestal mount RR torque spec?

What does eveyone here torque their PEDESTAL mount ROLLER rockers to? Mine are FRPP 1.6 on a set of GT40X heads if it makes a difference. I have read every thing form 18-20#s to 35-30#. ??? Don't want to over or under tighten them. Not asking about adjustments just torque spec.

The correct torque spec is 19lbft.

cool that's what I torqued them to. Just was wodering if I had them right 30 sounded a little tight for a 5/16 bolt in aluminum, but figured I would ask around.
