i used the homedepot 5/8's cap for a few months then i installed some fox unequal headers. no egr bung.

i did the rio5.0 trick for the egr sensor.

I just run the Fox EGR setup on my 95GT, it's cleaner and I still have the benefits of EGR.

Monsterbishi.. that is a good idea, maybe someone with the tweecer, could post up the correct voltage range or whatever.

I made this thread for a laugh... might as well add the punchline.

After I drove the car, I needed to tighten the capped nut up some more. Since I have limited tools.... I was using a cresent wrench. Yeah I know... I'm lame.

Long story short, I was rushing right before I needed to head out for a club event 2 hours away. I somehow bound the cresent wrench in there and it slipped off. I twisted my experimental cap off. Little sucker took a heck of a lot of force before it came off.... but alas, I needed a quick fix and ended up going with the $2 plug from Lowe's.

But darnit, my toy vending machine piece is still holding in there!
