plus-sized front rotors?

I'm looking into upgrades, and have read the svo73mm page, etc., but what about plus-sizing? I found the baer rotors @ 12 and 13", but what mods are required to make those fit? I have 18" wheels, so that's not a concern, but just to mount them, what do i have to do, and will the 73 mm calpiers still bolt up?

I don't think the 73mm will bolt up to the larger rotors from Baer. They modify the fox spindle to make the larger rotors / calipers fit together properly.

Yeah, so I've noticed
It's crazy. I'm not gonna auto-X or anything, but I had a panic stop yestersay and was furious with how much my car DIDN'T stop. It's bull crap.
I 've gotta do SOMETHING.
