I love my street rod style MC/BB setup, though I had to do quite a bit of work to the strut tower to fit it. There's a few other things that are pretty unique in here too:
It wasn't until recent years that I've even allowed any food or drink into the car, but when I do we're all careful enough.
Back in the day I'd have gotten upset, but nowadays I'd just shrug it off and clean it up w/o a care. I keep my car show detailing bag in the back seat since that's where the car goes 99% of the time, so I could always take care of a spill if it happened quickly enough
