Question about throttle body swap

I looked today & can't tell yet which screws are supposed to be hard to remove but I guess I'll find out soon.

Without a pic, it's difficult to describe. I'll try to explain... If you stand in front of the car (hood up) and face the motor; look at the plenum and throttle body assembly. The TPS is the black plastic object that has two phillips head screws holding it to the side of the throttle body. Those are the 2 screws in question. Some say it's easier to try and remove them while TB is still attached because you can use 2 hands and body weight to turn the screwdriver. Others say to remove from car first and put in a vice or stand on it to get the desired leverage.
