Front fender on my 67 seems not keeping its nice and level shape. IMO it is due to weak inner fender. If someone sits on the fender you will soon see bends especially when painted shiny and dark. Both are OE ford fenders = thick, no rust sheet metal.
I was wondering about instaling some reinforcement bar under those 6 bolts that hold the outer fender. Is there any aftermarket product, or did you experiment making such bar? Or is there any other solution?

This is normal. Even leaning on fenders with your elbow can do this. The only way to prevent this is to keep people's dang butts off the car. It's a car, not a bench. On 69-70 fenders, I have seen overtightening the fender bolts do this.
