My favorite bumper on the Mach is the 99/01 cobra bumper. So now is the time to make this front end look good

One of the main reasons for the repaint was this passenger side door. It had a wavy spot in the middle and some bad looking paint around that. Even tho it only has a couple thousand miles...it looked as if it has had a dealer parking lot repair to the door. When I started blocking out the door there was a bunch of little specks of yellow, black, red paint.

Looking a little better. Took the car out in the sun and 100% match confirmed. Just took 30 sprayouts

Why the Mach 1 didn't come with the 99/01 Cobra Front bumper is beyond me. I always thought it looked better than the GT Bumper with a Chin. Looking awesome.

Couldn’t agree more. The 99/01 cobra bumper fits the mach hood perfectly. But I like to make my own versions of how they should have come anyway. Except Saleens. They pretty
Much nailed styling so I just try to make mine, tighter, slicker, better gaps, and straighter

Setting gaps and panel alignment. Assembling folding mirrors. Then onto cutting and buffing for the like glass finish.
