RPM hangs on Deceleration

[ COLOR=Blue]undefined[/COLOR] Hi guys! I have a 2000 5spd
V6 Mustang, my problem is when cruising on the highway when I let off the gas my Rpm hangs at about 3000 be fore dropping down to about 1900 rpm at idle.No check engine light and the engine runs good otherwise.Was thinking maybe a bad TPS (throttle position sensors switch or maybe sticking EGR valve.Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2001 5sp, that happened to me twice. The first time it happened i brought it back to ford and they replaced the TPS. But it happened again, so they just changed my whole throttle body. It hasnt been doing that anymore
