Running stock on my engine right now which is:

Stock but fresh shortblock
Stock cam (for now - F303 not installed yet)
C9TE heads with 1.94/1.6 stainless valves, good port job, 58cc chambers
1.6 roller rockers
93 Cobra intake (GT40)
1 5/8 shorty headers, 2.5" off-road X-pipe
Stock ignition
Stock 19# injectors

I was thinking a 65mm TB and a 75 (or around there) MAF... Also 24# injectors may be a good idea but not needed?

First of all, you're not going to need 24# injectors with those modifications.
Second of all, you're guess is right. 65 TB, 75 MAF.

Get 'er done.

Oh yeah.........and may I suggest the Pro-M maf, along with the BBK tb. They've performed quite nicely for me so far.
