finally took a couple pics of the fox i got. for those of you who didnt see my last post about it, its an 89 original 4 cyl auto car, now 302 roller. its still an auto and im either puttin a fresh aod in or puttin a shiftkit in it to tighten it up a bit. its in pretty good shape no rust, interior needs some cleaning an the seats have pretty bad ghetto lean an driver seat is not fixible but i will be lookin for some cheap seats to put in. it has hedman longtubes that are rusty but still in decent shape, an the rest of the exhaust is pretty much brand new. who ever did the swap just ran the fuel lines wrong so it runs out of fuel. other then that it runs good an i picked it up for dirt cheap. an idea of how cheap?, well lets just say it was cheaper then the cervini's stalker front bumper ohh, the rims..are not stayin long. i have another set of pony's im throwin on it. alright enough talking, heres some pics

If you are switching over to a 5.0L, and plan on keeping your transmission, you will need to move away from the stock 4 cylinder one you currently have. It won't hold up to the horsepower increase.

The good news is, if that fuel filter cracks you can guarantee the car catches fire when the gas hits the header!!

Haha whaa?

Doesn't look too shabby for less than $500. Those longtubes are gonna give you hell if you ever disconnect them. I have them, they suck

It would be a fun project for less than 500.

You will want to locate a 8.8 rear end for it while your at it.

You certainly can't go wrong with cheap entertainment.

Built 8.8 + upper/lowers + cage/sub frames tied+built 408 + built c4 + a real fuel system = 11.0-11.20's on nuts

Add 300 progressive shot for a low ten high 9 second car. At that point you can tell people to go suck your blue interior.

A bone stock roller 5L on a 5500 dump in a stripped out coupe ran a consistent 12.50's @107. 150 shot for the carb put her at a 11.30- 11.50 @ around 118.

its already a 5.0 lol. blue interior is ugly but after it gets cleaned inside it shouldnt look to bad. the fuel line some idiot ran. its supposed to be on the passenger side. an the first thing i thought when i saw the filter was the same thing, that if it leaks or anything its deff gonna set fire haha. im running a brand new line from the tank up to the regulator which i will mount on the firewall on the passenger side like i did with my 90. the trans, i want aod, can put an aode in with shiftkit but idk what that would take to make it work so im not sure. deff not doing a 5spd swap as i dont plan on keepin it to long. i think it might already have a 8.8 in it but havent really checked it. it will last longer then normal because its auto though an i dont plan on putting any other mods on it lol. i think it was a steal for me though. body is straight, with a lil cleaning on the inside like shampoo rugs an seats, an wash an buff the outside it will look good. once i get to that point ill post some more pics.
