my supervisor decided to have a meeting at our main office 30 min drive away....the only person who didn't have to go was me....so was at work from 3:20pm to 5:45pm by myself....no big deal really, but around 5:20 a black guy came in and asked for a carton of newports...when i went to pick them from the shelf he said he also wanted to get a gatorade...when he got back to the counter, i had sat the carton next to the register with my hand on them and told him the total with the gatorade...he asked my if i got the gatorade with it and pushed it at me....i said yes and released the carton to grab the drink...he grabbed the carton and said thank you and turned to walk out....i said sir you need to pay for that and he continued to walk...i came around the counter, he saw me and took off towards the door and almost knocked over a handicapped older gentleman....i was right behind him....he jumped in his car and i got in front of the car....(i figured with as many people around he wouldn't of tried anything, guess i was wrong)....he looked at me and said i'm going to run you over and gunned it, i jumped out of the way and got the tag and he almost caused a wreck in the parking lot....i ran back inside and called the police....we have a 1-1/2" wrench i should of grabbed it on my way out and threw it thru the window.....funny thing was that the officer who showed up to take my report said the same thing....

Dude.......glad you're alright. Don't they let you guys pack heat behind that counter? I bet that'd slow those SOB's down.

good thing he didn't try to rob the place and just took off with the cigarettes. you got kids to think about man, don't do anything stupid, what if that guy had a gun and didn't like the fact you got in front of the getaway car.

dude glad to hear your ok... you deal with some crazy **** at work... i got 2 storys like yours as well...

someone once tried to stral stuff from a store my mom managed so she followed them out to the car... they had their licens plate folded up so she grabbed it and un folded it and started writing it down... at that moment the guy decided it would be a good idea to pull out and my mom jumped on the back of their car LOL... they stopped then and she finished getting the plate number and called the cops.

While i was working at dominos pizza as a driver i delivered food to an apartement in a bad section of the town. the guy opened the door when i got there this huge 6'5'' black man grabbed the 30 wings and 2 pizzas from out my hand ran in side and slammed the door screaming "ill go get money" i was like WTF and stared banging the hell out of the door and windows... being the little 5'10'' white dude i am it didnt help no answer... so i called my boy greyland up... this dude i work with is built all he does is lift... he was like " awww son ill be right over noone will do that to my little white brother" so he came ove and while i banged he flexed in the window... and **** lol.... well we were being so loud the person living next door came out and asked WTF we were doing the aparement had been abonded for like 6 months... here what hapend was we went around back... someone smashed the door open and broke trough the screen and ordered pizza from there stole it from me and ran out the back... i ended up having to go at 2am when i got off to the police station and fill out a report... i was suposed to get off at 12 am but aparently there was a hostage situation in the city and the police and fire department came to us cause we were the only place open and asked us to make them 75 pizzas and they would write it off the taxes.... UGH was a ****ty ninght
