yeah, about $45 worth of cigs....not only did i write a report i had to explain again to my supervisor what happened....she tried to turn it around as my fault saying well what was the carton doing on the counter in the first place...i was like ok....it was on the counter with my hand on it, until he pushed the gatorade toward me....all i could do was smile afterward......

If you read my story they tried to blame me for the pizza and wings... and make me pay the $50 for them... But the GM of the store thought i was awesome... and considering i was their fastest driver... (and i took breaks at my house to piss and snack and check probe talk on runs because i didnt get a break...) LOL... they didnt make me pay for it... im sory but im not getting my ass kicked over some pizza and hotwings

Glad your ok. I worked at a groc. store in highschool and if someone stole cigs. they had some kind of fine that made it a felony...somethink like a 500$ federal or state tax theft fine. It was funny watching dumb arses get cuffed for a 2-3$ pac of cigs (back in mid-late 90's).
Some little F'wad pulled a little 380 on me at my pizza job I had in college and still work 1 day a week at. It was behind the building and I grabbed a handfull of landscape rocks (lava rock kind) and hit him in the head and chaised them down the street screaming what I was going to do with that gun...kinda stupid thing to do but it was not the first time someone pulled a gun on me.
