Ok ok, calm down peeps. This is not a gear debate.. I have been in a stang with 4:10's + 4R70W trans and 1st gear is way too short..And the car hits o/d before the end of the 1/4 at 12.9..i have 3:73's and may go up to 3:90's.. nothing higher..


This has me wondering about the gears.. My rpm is 2300ish at 70 MPH ,17x9 40 series tires.. pretty sure thats 3:73, trans guy said he had to order the speedo gear..

so are 19lb injectors going to cut it for now with this setup?

this is not strictly true. so long as the MAF and the injectors are "matched", then you should still be able to drive the car without making changes to the computer. i'll be happy to explain why if anyone is interested in knowing the details, but i imagine most people already understand why.No. As soon as you change the injectors and put in a different MAF the PCM (computer) needs to be programmed for the new parameters.

What kind are you using, is it an off the shelf or a burned for your setup??\
I was going to run 19# bosch 700's until i am going to supercharge it, then swap out the injectors and MAF.. Do i need to do the MAF and injectors now?
Guessing I might as well go 30#? I dont think 24# will cut it with a Super
