supercharger question part II

ok I decided to go with 30 pound injectors and matching MAF but what I need to know is which SC to use. Paxton, vortech, powerdyne?? I like the idea of powerdyne and not having to drill holes in the oil pan, but the guys at CJ pony parts toldme tht the powerdyne/SVO SC is inefficient..Any thoughts?

I wouldn't recommend the Powerdyne. Some guys like them, but for the most part they are trouble-prone. you would be well-served by the Vortech or Paxton, so take your pick

Another vote for Vortech or Paxton. Get the Vortech S-Trim or Paxton Novi 2000, if you can afford them. Search around a while, you will find plenty of horror stories for the Powerdyne Chargers. Prochargers are also cool, comes with an intercooler, but they are $3K and UP. Same goes for the Kenne Bell. Tapping the oil pan is a cinch, nothing to it, really. I went with the Vortech. Paxton invented the centrifigul technology that they both use, and Vortech now owns Paxton, anyways.

stay away from powerdyne. they arent reliable. id go with the vortech personally but the novi 1000 is another great entry level sc
