The headers are to be 1 3/4 inch Long Tubes coated either ceramic or nickel. Mid pipe needs to be 3 inches as well as the cat back.

I was going all MAC again but they don't make a cat back with 3 inch tips, only 3.5's. The headers are available as well as a 3 inch Prochamber.

BBK doesn't make 1 3/4 ceramic's for our cars. JBA doesn't make LT's. Bassani is a million dollars. Borla doesn't have a 3 inch cat back and if they did it would cost 3.6 million dollars.

We really need more choices for 94-95's.

What about piecing together a 3" flowtube, 3" mac muffler and a 3" polished tailpipe?

Thats ugly how they make a 3.5" tip.

I would not use bassani headers because they are a PITA to slip together. I bought a used set of 1 5/8-1 3/4" stepped bassani's for my 347 and I ended up selling them because they would have been a huge nightmare to put in.

The only thing I hate about my bbk longtubes is the collector sucks and necks down way too much. I'm gonna open that up soon though and pick up a 3" X pipe. I got a thread in 5.0tech going on now about opening up bbk longtube collectors. Its very informative and has pics if you need help.

Well, if you're in Florida why can't you go with a stainless header? I know Kooks are expensive, but you can get a long tube x-pipe combo for pretty cheap if you look on the internet.

You can get the Bassani headers pretty cheap, but like Mike mentioned they're difficult to put on and they hang really low. But I've seen them on several different 94-95 mustangs.

I guess I don't know what to tell you other then start selling your plasma and save that money for a set of Kooks. Our cars do suck for alot of modifications.
