Tire sizes

I recently put 18 inch Cobra Rs on my 01 Mustang, they told me that my new tires would be the same height as my old ones, but they would be thinner. What are the stock tire size on a 01 GT with the 17 inch bullit wheels? And what should my tire size be for my 18 in Cobras? It looks like it sits a little higher.

Stock 17's are 245/45/17 which = 25.7" OD.

For 18x8: 245/45/18 = 25.9" OD
18x9: 245/45/18 = 25.5" OD...... 265/35/18 = 25.5"

Just depends on your tire size and how wide of wheels your running.
