Today's mustang day-dream: Ever felt like building a slower fox?

Wow. Thanks guys. I never thought there would be love for stock junk. Mine is an '88 I bought 2 years ago with 37k original from the original owner. It had the recall paint in '92 I believe but that's all. I payed 5800. I didn't think that was too bad for a complete virgin.

No way man i'm a big fan of the stockers. I love the look the rear meats give to the 10holes and the overall car. I build my car basically stock with exhaust and rims for the most part. Its not that fast but its fun to drive, thats the point isn't it? :D

Hell yeah that's the point. I enjoy it. It's not exactly 100% stock, and I like surprising a lot of people.
I love virgins!

You also said you love big fat meat

Yup, that seems to be the general consensus. I have a friend who was a big drag radial rcaer back when they were going 9s. He ran with "Big Daddy" and the likes back when things were cheaper and slower. He has had tons of fox's, but now he has a high 11 second GT40 headed race car, and a near bone stock daily driver. He always said he had more fun with the slower, more bolt on oriented cars than the high powered ones.
