Vortech Blower

Need some help, I just installed a new 308 and a Vortech Blower,having a problem with idleing.motor has a F303 cam,Dart 351SR heads with 202/160 valves,77mm mas air,30lb. injectors,new FMU calibrated for injectors,bbk70mm throtle body,MSD6AL & MSD Boost Timing.
Motor constantly pops through air filter,won't idle steady!Boost retard not working correct either.turn knob and not a thing happenes.
Can anyone help with this?

do you have a bypass valve? if yes than i guess some sort of vaccum leak than

308? Dont tell me thats a .040 over with a supercharger. Have fun with that one. IS your timing right, and when are you checking the boost timing? At idle, revving in neutral or actually driving? Also, where do you have the boost signal coming from?
