iirc (its been a while since i drove my cobra) the gearing is pretty close too. i think the cobras have slightly shorter gears.

I have 450 ft lbs of torque right at the start and it only drops to 400 ft lbs when I am making my most power of 450 ish HP. That low end torque the Eaton gives us does wonders for launches and overall E.T.'s.

Also, the one time I raced an electric car at PIR, it absolutely jumped me off the line. I ran him down later but electric motors equal instantaneous torque...
