What heads for a 331?

Have you guys ever used a highport head on a street based NA 331?

thats the same thing i was telling Mike, rick. People are throwing out suggestions that probably arent the best for this guy whos looking for high 11s or 12s. He can acheive them with TFS heads, Holley intake and a custom cam..... no problems.

For you guys reccommending a Stage 3 Highport, what exacty is a Stage 3...what do they flow, what are the specs?

Rick,exactly what I was gonna say.

Explain what exactly is "stage 3" also,most "stage 3" TFS High Port heads are WAAAYYYY out of the range of the other heads mentioned.


Plus they need a differant header (as the exhaust ports are raised).

I would say AFR 185's...

331 is a good choice
