He can acheive them with TFS heads, Holley intake and a custom cam..... no problems.

Explain what exactly is "stage 3" also,most "stage 3" TFS High Port heads are WAAAYYYY out of the range of the other heads mentioned. Plus they need a differant header (as the exhaust ports are raised).
