well i have been running 30# injectors with a vortech fmu and 255 lph fuel pump with my mods in sig......but now im going to a twin turbo setup with about 9 lbs of boost and the trickflow efi h/c/i kit....can i get away with my 30#ers and fmu for a while (until more cash is produced) ?? eventially i will get 42#ers and a custom tune....eventually...what about running a lower boost level like only 6 lbs??

50's at least. Turbo boost makes some insane power 42's WILL be maxed out on that set up.

How much power you planning and how much of a saftey margin do you want factored in.. that's the questions you need to answer in order to get an accurate response. A turbo has a higher BSFC and it takes a bit more injector. on a turbo with a real safe .65 BSFC, 500 fwhp, 45 psi fuel pressure, and injectors working at a 95% duty cycle, 42's would just cut it. And most will tell you not to run much over 80-85% duty cycle when calculating a fuel system. But this can all be manipulated with bsfc, fuel pressure, and duty cycle.. 42's are the bare minimum though.
