What heads do you plan on putting on the block?
I would be more concerned with the entire top end than just a 70mm TB.

Its a comp cam with 579 lift I belive is what he saidHave some patience, build the engine up on a stand, then drop it in.
Any other way is going to cost you time, money and headaches in the long run.
Everything about a h/c/I swap is harder in the car.
The maf and the injectors on a good 347 should be 30's, so they would just be more parts you have to do twice.
You don't say anything about the cam, which is the most difficult part to do in the car.
