What trac-loc should I use?

I'll need to rebuild the 8" rear for my 66 'vert and would like some advice on which parts to use. This will be a street car w/ 351w and AOD. I'm thinking about 3.55 wth some sort of trac-loc. I'd like it to be as smooth as possible and don't want to feel or hear the mechanism ratchet in and out. What do you suggest?

Stock Ford Traction Lok or an Auburn. The Auburn is probably the best posi unit on the market IMHO.

Ford Traction-lock, if you can find one. Aren't the Auburns non-rebuildable?
