White smoke at idle. Help!

If the idle is way too rich, would it cause the exhaust to smoke?
It does not smell like burning oil but it smells like raw fuel. The smoke looks white, maybe a bit bluish and its only after driving for a while. I just got this car and I have a surging idle when cold only.
I will be taking the car for a dyno tune soon.

To add to the sig:
The car has a deleted air pump
EGR is disconnected (The vac tube)

is the MAF calibrated for the injectors, what's your fuel pressure set at???

last time that happened to me 2 of my injectors were stuck open.

i had no smoke but it was eye tearing with no cats... so do you have cats i finally had to reinstall them

Yes it is.
32-33 PSI at idle and about 39 at WOT.
Could it possibly be the EGR/ air pump delete?
I also want to look into the PCV valve pulling too much oil?
